Refund policy
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy
1.1 Refunds: No refunds will be issued for correctly supplied items. If You wish to return an item that was supplied correctly, You will be responsible for returning the product at Your own expense. Mosaic Skin Co. will assume responsibility for the item only once it has been physically received at our office.
1.2 Returns: If We have delivered incorrect, faulty, or expired items to You, We will arrange for collection and provide a replacement or refund, at Our cost, as quickly as possible. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not possible.
1.3. It is Your responsibility to ensure that the items delivered are exactly those ordered before opening and using the products. Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless found to be defective upon delivery.
1.4. If You no longer want an item that was correctly supplied, You may return it at Your own expense within 10 business days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging, unopened and unused, and accompanied by the original invoice or invoice number. Upon receipt and confirmation that the item is in a resaleable condition, We will issue store credit in the form of a promo code, redeemable on a future purchase.
1.5. Defective Goods Policy: Subject to Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008 ("CPA"), if You have received a product and found that the container (either plastic or glass) is defective or leaking, or if the pump or nozzle mechanism is faulty, please contact Us at admin@mosaicskinco.com within five (5) working days of delivery. We will collect the product at Our own expense and, if a replacement is not possible, issue a refund or store credit.
1.6. The above policy is subject to the following conditions:

Products must have been purchased directly from Mosaic Skin Co. We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retailers. Those should be returned to the store of purchase.

Returns must be made within 10 business days of delivery.

A copy of the original invoice/receipt or a note with the order number, name, email address, and phone number must be included.

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for used products.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable).

Products marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
1.7. Sale Items and Promo Code Purchases: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. However, products purchased using a promo code may be returned under the standard return policy at the price paid.
