1. Application Distance: Hold the mist approximately 20–30 centimeters away from your skin. ​

2. Spraying Technique: Spray lightly over the desired area. ​

3. Frequency of Use: For optimal results, use the mist multiple times throughout the day, focusing on frequency over quantity. ​

If you're using the mist post-treatment (such as after microneedling, chemical peels, or laser treatments), it's recommended to continue daily application for 5–10 days to support skin recovery.
